Slovenia moved Tuesday to recognize a Palestinian state, becoming the latest European country to do so after Norway, Spain and Ireland said last month they were doing so. They join another 140 countries that already recognize a Palestinian state.
The move by Norway, Spain and Ireland infuriated Israel, which recalled its ambassadors from those countries.
